With only 10 villas in total at Paradise Villas (with 3 more to come later on, as well as a tennis court and boat dock) this charming and intimate complex has all you need for a peaceful, relaxing home or vacation getaway yet is a stone's throw from fabulous restaurants -- from budget to very upscale, and everything in between. Cayman Calypso Villa at Paradise Villas has a very strong rental returns. The main attraction of the East end, in addition to the tranquility, of course, is the fabulous diving. For 2011, there are already $16,000 worth of rentals in place, with more to come.
